This syllabus contains information about the course for which you have registered. Each of our courses have been approved and accredited by the appropriate state agencies, and is designed to provide you with a premium educational experience to both prepare you for the state exam and establish a foundation on which to build a successful real estate career. If you have any questions about the material contained in this syllabus, please free to call us at 630-324-7117 or email us at email@example.com.
Each course is comprised of multiple units that focus on a variety of real estate related topics. Each unit will contain a reading assignment, audio presentation, interactive exercises, and a final quiz. Additionally, at that end of each course, you will be required to take a state-mandated final exam. In order to get credit for the course, you must complete each aspect of every unit and pass the final exam with a satisfactory score. Once you have completed all of the required courses, we will provide your information to the state, which will allow you to register for the state licensing exam.
As mentioned previously, each course will contain a final exam which must be passed with a satisfactory score. All exam questions are multiple-choice and will cover only the material within the course. In order to take your final exam, once you have finished your course, please email our support desk at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name along with which exam you are requesting. We will then verify you have completed the applicable course and email you the link to take your final exam. If you do not pass the exam on your first attempt, you will be given up to three attempts. If you do not pass the final exam by your third attempt, you will need to retake the course.
Once you register for this course, you will have a total of one year to complete the course from the date of registration. Each course contains a certain hour limit, and the courses are designed to take that amount of time. We will track the progress and time on our administrative portal for each individual student. If you have not spent sufficient time on a course, you may be asked to return to the course prior to receiving your final exam.
Withdrawal and Cancellation
Our students have the right to cancel their registration and obtain a full refund if it is requested in writing within seven (7) days of registration. The cancellation request should be sent via email to email@example.com. Once a refund has been issued, the student will be withdrawn from that/those course(s) and will no longer have access to the course material.
After the seven (7) day period has passed, no refund will be offered to the student. If a student purchases a package of multiple courses, no refund will be offered for any of those courses once the seven (7) day period has expired, even of the some or all of the courses may not have been accessed or completed. No partial refunds will be offered for partially completed courses after the seven (7) days from the date of registration.
Some courses will incorporate reference material into the course. If this applies to your course, you will be provided a link to the material for your reference. Although each course is designed so that no additional textbook is required, many courses are based off of a certain textbook. If any student would like to purchase the applicable textbook for their convenience, you can email your instructor and request the information for the course textbook.
Each student who registers for a course through our school is assigned a course instructor. If you have any questions regarding the course material, you can email your instructor at firstname.lastname@example.org and he/she will reply accordingly.
We are constantly trying to improve our courses and our students’ input is essential to doing so. At the end of each course, you will be given an opportunity to provide your feedback to the course and material. We encourage you to submit feedback as that will allow us to improve our courses for our future students.
