Thank you for enrolling with our real estate school. On this portal, you will find all of your course materials for the 60-Hour Broker Prelicensing Topics Course. There will be no hard copies mailed to you. Each unit contains a reading assignment, audio presentation, unit quiz, and interactive exercise. Once you complete all of the required elements for each unit and submit the Student Affidavit, you will need to email us at support@ilrealestateschool.com to request your final exam for this course. After successful completion of the exam, you then must complete the 15-hour interactive course to satisfy your pre-educational requirements.

You will also need to register at this site as a Broker Candidate prior to registering for the state examination so we recommend you take a moment to do that when you have an opportunity.
